Created by Mikkel Aaland, author, host of the Perfect Sweat documentary series (Netflix, Apple, Prime), and co-founder of Sauna Aid, this Limited Collector’s Edition brings together Sweat (1978) and Naked Sweat (2026), two companion volumes nearly fifty years apart. Together, they trace the evolution of global sauna and sweat-bathing culture, connecting one of the earliest contemporary explorations of bathing traditions with a new, visually rich work celebrating their resurgence and enduring relevance. The edition includes two softcover volumes: Naked Sweat, featuring new photography, essays, reflections, and a foreword by Leonard Koren; and a digitally restored facsimile of the 1978 original Sweat.
