The ‘dreijahre’ project, a conceptual restaurant, manifested in Bremen from 2007 to 2010, took the form of a business operation hinging essentially on one question: “Can this be art?” Both, a documentation of the project and a platform continuing the questions it raised, the book opens a fundamental discourse about the limitations of art.
