Fumi Imamura is a contemporary artist who works in watercolour and collage on glassine paper, taking flowers and plants as her principal motifs. ‘The Warm House’ begins from a series she has been developing since 2015. Meticulously painted and collaged, the red flowers call to mind organs and capillaries, evoking the sensation of being inside the body.
