The ‘IN Residence’ project is a research programme dedicated to contemporary design which promotes an open, evolving teaching model in conjunction with intensive workshops that connect talented young designers with a group of selected students. Reporting on the outcome of the ‘Sense Memory’ workshop, this edition of the ‘Diary’ explores the relation between perception, memory and emotional stimulus, associating experimentation with design ideas that are both highly symbolic and wholly practical.
