‘Through Bodies and Buildings’ examines architecture as a spatial apparatus that organises bodies, regulates desire, and structures collective life, while exploring how gender non-conforming and sexually dissident bodies challenge and transform these regimes. Artistic, architectural, and theoretical positions enter a dialogue through essays, artistic contributions, and archival material, proposing a framework where gender and sexual dissent are thought of as a spatial method. With contributions by Sydney Calkin, Candela Capitán, Lucía Cavallero, Feel Good Cooperative, Orkun Kasap, Chus Martínez, Tavia Nyong’o, Su Chang, Nina Wakeford, Judith Welter, Bruno Zhu, and others.
