Lena Konstantakou – The extraordinary will take care of itself
|Author||Joanna Cresswell; Lena Konstantakou|
After moving back to the small Greek port town she now calls home, Lena Konstantakou felt like a stranger in an unfamiliar place. She had moved to the UK to study art and graphic design, and worked for more than ten years for magazines and newspapers in London. The self-confessed city girl yearned to be closer to nature and for a sense of belonging, and found it by getting to know the streets and shores through her lens in the decade after her return. A visual meditation on the nature of belonging, Konstantakou’s dreamy images pull you into her world, celebrating the wonder of an ordinary life. There is also is a text from Joanna L. Cresswell included.
