Dear customer,

Following the recent fire that destroyed our warehouse, we are excited to share some amazing news: we have a new location and expect to resume operations there soon. We are delighted with this development, which happened much sooner than we could ever have hoped for!

Our common goal is to start receiving and shipping as soon as possible. We are working intensively to create a fully operational workspace, but this will take time, as we want to do it right.

Our email and systems are up and running. We are able to register (trade) orders, and you can place orders via the trade site; however, we are not yet able to ship orders or provide estimated delivery times.

For now, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work towards serving you even better than before.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We may be a bit slower in responding than usual, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

ALL Shipments Suspended


On Friday, March 20, 2026, a fire broke out at our neighbours’ premises in Amsterdam Houthavens, resulting in the complete loss of our warehouse and all its contents. Fortunately, everyone is safe and no one was injured. Part of our stock, which is stored in an external warehouse, remains safe.

Our email and systems are up and running again, and we are able to register (trade) orders; however, we are currently unable to ship orders or provide estimated delivery times.

We would like to reassure everyone that we are sorting things out and are actively looking for a new location so we can resume operations as soon as possible.
