Born in Osaka in 1938, Daido Moriyama started out as a photographer’s assistant before going independent in 1964. Ever since, he has built upon his unique style of shooting high-contrast images – often grainy, blurry, or out-of-focus – which has made a significant impact on the realm of international photography today. This signed, limited edition release presents a collection of images by Moriyama mainly featuring the stray cats he has encountered on the streets of the cities that he too still prowls, day and night.
