Éric Seydoux (1946–2013) left a lasting mark on fine art printing through his technical precision and deep commitment to artists. Trained in the United States and later in Paris, he co-founded L’Atelier in 1974—a vibrant creative workshop where generations of artists, from cartoonists to avant-garde figures, came together. His expertise brought him into collaboration with renowned artists such as Pierre Buraglio, Shirley Jaffe, and Claude Viallat. Named a Master Artisan in 2008, Seydoux continually pushed the boundaries of screenprinting, blending innovation with a respect for tradition.
