Jürg Hafen (1951–1998) was a Swiss photographer, graphic designer, artist, and musician from Bern who had a major influence on the city's alternative cultural scene. His photographs in the book document the counterculture of the time. Hafen's works are testimonies to the lively and diverse scene that emerged in the Swiss capitol of Bern in the wake of the punk and new wave era of the late 1970s and 1980s.
