Neutral Colors 2021 Spring Issue 2
The second issue of ‘Neutral Colors’, the independent Japanese magazine that combines offset and Risograph printing, revolves around the theme of “school”. For instance, a story of visiting an elementary school for the first time in decades, or a look at the origins of education for the disabled at the Yosa no Umi Support School. Other topics addressed on its wildly colourful pages include the hip-hop scene in Bhutan, Steiner education in Germany, life in an old dormitory at Kyoto University, Icelandic education, and an elementary school in Kagoshima that is set to be closed.
