Davide Stucchi. Light Lights marks the artist’s first solo exhibition at an Italian institution, presented at Centro Pecci in Prato. Featuring sculptures produced between 2019 and 2025, the exhibition explores light as a material that reshapes both space and the visitor’s body. Through playful, varied luminous forms, Stucchi creates an immersive environment that unfolds like a choreography of gestures and glances. Blending imagined narratives, everyday objects, and subtle irony, his works reflect on fleeting encounters and shared absences. The accompanying publication, inspired by DIY catalogues, includes essays by Stefano Collicelli Cagol, Laura McLean-Ferris, Sabrina Tarasoff, Alessandro Pasero, and Michele D’Aurizio, documenting the exhibition and Stucchi’s recent practice.
