Shipping during the Covid Pandemic and Brexit
Since Covid delays in shipping may occur - shortage of staff in postal offices and shipping companies are a problem in several countries.
We still ship globally. However depending on where you are located, please keep in mind that your parcel may take longer to arrive.
Brexit is also causing delays for parcels shipped from our warehouse to the UK. We continue to ship orders twice a week as usual, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You can find stockists of our titles in your own country in the list under each title with a link to their website. Saves you shipping costs!
We handle payments through Mollie, methods accepted are PayPal, iDeal (NL only) and credit card.
Prices in your cart are final.
All orders received are subject to availability. Our stock information is updated once a day, so books may still appear on the website that have gone out of stock or became unavailable. In this case, we will send you an email stating we were not able to fulfil the order and will refund payment. We do not record back orders.
Books are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Please note: we ship orders twice a week. Customers will receive a confirmation email once an order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped using Standard post with PostNL (without tracking); Tracked post with PostNL; Tracked parcel with DHL. At this time one of these shipping modes will be automatically assigned to your order according to weight and destination.
For Europe we ship orders with a total weight up to 2 kilo without Track and Trace. Orders for books that weigh in total more than 2 kilo are shipped with a Tracking Code.
For the rest of the world we ship orders with a total weight of books up to 500 gram without a Tracking Code. Orders for books that weigh in total more than 500 gram we ship with a Tracking Code.
Tracking codes are only available upon request and will not be emailed automatically. Please check the carrier websites for transit times.
The shipping charges vary per weight and per region. You will see the shipping charges during the ordering process.
Within the Netherlands: €7.25
Within Europe under 2kg: €10.00
Within Europe above 2kg: €20.00
Rest of the World under 2kg: €18.00
Rest of the World above 2kg: €30.00
Please note that webshop deliveries within Europe should take place within 30 days.
Therefore, if your order takes longer than indicated by Post NL, we kindly request your patience. Most packages do arrive.
If after a reasonable time your package still did not arrive, please contact us and we will solve it the most convenient way for both.
Returns and Replacements
All sales are final, except in cases where incorrect or damaged items are received.
In the event of a problem, items can be returned within 10 working days, provided they are in their original, new condition (with the exception of items returned that were already damaged upon receipt). Send us an email with your name, address, order ID and a description of the problem.
You will receive an answer from us with instructions within 5 working days. We accept no responsibility for packages which do not reach us or go missing in transit.
Privacy and Security
We only use the personal information of customers to process payment and ship the current order, we do not save personal information or transmit it to third parties.
