A photographic monograph of Inagawa Cemetery, located in Hyōgo Prefecture, documented over the course of a year by photographer Risaku Suzuki. The chapel and rest pavilion were designed by architect David Chipperfield, recipient of the 2023 Pritzker Architecture Prize. Through repeated visits to Japan and close dialogue with the client, Chipperfield conceived a place of prayer that transcends religion and ethnicity.
